Responsibilities:

  • Handling sales orders, sales invoices, payment vouchers, CN, DN etc.
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
  • Remind customer to prepare payment.
  • Support administrative works such as filling, copying, distributing, scanning, collating general information etc.
  • To perform other tasks as required by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Communicating in Mandarin is a must, and basic Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Independent and willing to learn.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
