Responsibilities:
- Handling sales orders, sales invoices, payment vouchers, CN, DN etc.
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
- Remind customer to prepare payment.
- Support administrative works such as filling, copying, distributing, scanning, collating general information etc.
- To perform other tasks as required by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Communicating in Mandarin is a must, and basic Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Independent and willing to learn.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
